There are two ways to check the balance on your VISA gift card.
i. Put a call through to the toll-free number you will find at the back of your gift card. When you call the number, follow any prompts you’re given; this helps you know your balance.
ii. Looking up your balance online. Visit https://mygift.giftcardmall.com/ and enter your card’s 16-digit number and security code.
