ANavigate to the Trade card tab , select the card you want to sell in “Gift Card Category”. There is a sub-category to be more specific on the type of card you want to trade. For example, if you select Walmart in the gift card category, in the sub-category, you have to be more specific by choosing between USA Walmart physical 100, USA Walmart physical 200-300 and, USA Walmart physical 400-500.
Then input the amount in USD, the Naira amount will be calculated automatically then click proceed to trade.

ANavigate to the Buy card and select the card you want to buy, input the Value in USD, the Naira value will be calculated automatically then click “Proceed to trade card”

AYour trade can be declined for the following reasons
You uploaded the wrong picture.
You submitted the wrong trade
Your gift card is already redeemed
Your gift card is not properly activated etc
Whichever reason why your trade is rejected will be specified.

AThis is because your transaction is been attended to. Please hold on for few minutes.

AYou get paid in your CardVest Wallet. Once your card(s) is CONFIRMED and your transaction is successful, you can withdraw at any given day or time into your local bank to which the payment would be gotten within three minutes.

AAt the lower part of your Dashboard, there’s a section to “add bank Account”. Your details will be verified immediately and automatically.

AYes you can! Just input the details of the account you want to add. Once it validates, it’ll be added automatically.

AIt takes 5-10 minutes for your transaction to be processed.

AUnder normal circumstances, you’ll get your payment to your local bank within 3-5minutes. Banks at times have issues that can cause a delay in payment. If you don’t get your payment within 24 hours, contact us.

A Cross-check your account number to be sure they’re corrected and have been validated also ensure you’re not requesting an amount higher than that on your dashboard. If there is any other error, contact us.

ANo! Withdrawal is free

AThe minimum withdrawal is 1,000 naira. There is no limit to the maximum amount you can withdraw.

AIf the card you want to trade is not listed, it means we are currently not accepting it at the moment.

AGo to play store, Click on redeem, it’ll show the balance.

AYes! Legally after five years of purchase. However, an inactivity fee can be charged after the first year. Which will reduce the value of the card.
